Over the last week we have been praying for South Africa, and specifically the situation around the farm attacks and fires. I felt the Lord laying this on my heart. I heard Jesus praying the prayer He prayed over Peter for the farmers and the nation:
““Simon, Simon (Peter), listen! Satan has demanded permission to sift [all of] you like grain; but I have prayed [especially] for you [Peter], that your faith [and confidence in Me] may not fail; and you, once you have turned back again [to Me], strengthen and support your brothers [in the faith].”” Luke 22:31-32 AMP
I heard Jesus praying these words for the farmers, ‘I pray that your faith may not fail’. The attacks are demonic and out of hell, but the Lord will turn the tide and, just like with Peter, there is a recommissioning and restoration coming to the farming community. God will restore even the image of farmers in the eyes of the nation and compassion, love and appreciation will come. A mandate from God to support a nation spiritually and materially will be restored and those who where once despised and rejected, labelled wrongfully, will rise up and lead with the love and mercy of Jesus as an example of love and forgiveness. Reconciliation will come, He has already prayed for you. Faith will arise in this hour! Faith that moves mountains and does the impossible. The enemy will be exposed and light will come.
I also saw the arm of justice being released out of heaven. It was mighty and powerful, colourblind and ready to lift our nation up out of unrighteousness. It held the golden scale of justice and it was perfectly balanced, full of His righteousness and justice. It is time to pray that the arm of justice will move in South Africa. Pray for His scales to be released in every court and legal body in South Africa. The Spirit of burning and justice is here.
